The family room was really spacious and cleaned everyday. Food was tasty and they had options. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating (loved the reception, cleaning ladies and restaurant workers). Also had a store inside the complex. Pools were a bit cold (we went in the beginning of october), also had an indoor pool option and restaurant besides the usual dining area. Our package included 1 free meal at the restaurant where the workers were extra nice and food was A+! Don’t expect some kind of a luxury vacation, but for the price it was really good. The location was fine - really short walk to the most amazing view of the beach, lots of restaurants and pubs etc, stores were a bit touristy and pricey, but its nothing to do with the hotel.
Believe what they say about alcohol - it’s not good for the average european and the coctails are not what they have written in the drinkmenu. Also one of the bar workers wasn’t very welcoming, maybe its their face but i dont know, it was off-putting.
Also, I was bit confused about the package I bought as they didn’t explain on the spot what was included and how to get it etc (for example the indoor pool and restaurant - how can I book, where should I go, I had to ask myself).
Not a lot to do with small kids :)
